Description

Cable cutter with exchangeable cutting segments, cuts copper and aluminium cables up to 50 mm Ø without crimping. The highly efficient eccentric transformation ensures ideal cutting geometry.

The one-hand universal cable cutter has a patented structure with exchangeable cutting segment. This provides new opportunities, because specific cutting requirements can be combined with optimal material/form adjustment. All shapes of steel covered/steel armoured ropes, cables and hoses can be separated using this tool. In the case of wear or changing requirements, only the cutting segment need to be replaced. The new 12/14 mm wide drive mechanism is suitable for the highest demands. The level
has a double needle bearing. Includes cog cleaner for cleaning cogs.

flexible steel cables: 95 mm², 14 mm Ø
ACSR DIN 48 204: 150/25 mm², 20 mm Ø

Crush-free cutting quality even with larger cross sections, revolving cutter can be unlocked in any position, cutting range to Ø 55 mm. These cable cutters are peak-products. They allow a squeeze-free cutting, also of larger cable cross sections without great efforts owing to high technic, like needle bearing transmission gear, special cutting geometry or a high improved excenter gear. Large scale measurement of the forged toothing and bearing guarantee a long working life and low maintenance.
