HAUPA has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9000 since 1996 (2003 DIN EN ISO 9001).
In order to incorporate a true quality standard the quality management department of HAUPA decided at a very early stage
to apply for ISO 9000 certification, which controls and covers the complete internal working and monitoring procedures.
From goods receipt to dispatch – all working processes are carried out according to defined procedures.
All HAUPA employees receive regular training in order to comply with these standards and to encourage them to actively
suggest ways of improving the processes. Special, so-called QMB employees analyse modified structures and integrate
these into the defined standards. Independent auditors carry out audits at regular intervals to ensure compliance.
