HUPsilicon
How to use
HUPsilicon:
For grouting indoors and outdoors, window glazing and
sealing of joints in wood, plastic and aluminium windows.
Corresponds to DIN 18545 Part 2. Very good adhesion on
the majority of usual varnishes and paints.
Properties:
Permanently elastic. Aging, weather and UV resistant.
Odour neutral. No early crack formation. Good adhesion on
worktops. No surface stickiness.
Temperature resistant from -50°C to +150°C
Processing temperature +5°C to +40°C.
Skin formation time approximately 10-15 minutes (at 23°C).

How to use
HUPsilicon:
For sealing joints and surfaces in temperature-critical
areas (extreme cold and heat). Can be used as coating for
solid seals. For sealing drive axle covers, inlet systems,
differential covers, gear, front and camshaft bearing covers,
thermostat housings, oil pumps, oil tanks, spur-wheel covers,
spotlights and street lighting, windscreens, water pumps etc.
(not suitable for adherence to PP, PE, Teflon
®
and bitumen
surfaces, or for parts constantly exposed to solvents)
Properties:
Sealing and adhesive mass with a silicone base. Heat
stabilised, excellent resistance to UV and weather influences
as well as to motor and gear oils, resistant to chemicals,
mechanical and environmental influences, resistant to
water, salt water, cold, heat, very high flexibility and good
adherence on almost all surfaces.

How to use
HUPmega:
Gluing of metal, stone, ceramics, wood and plastic.
Simple to use. Extremely high durability. HUPmega is mixed
automatically. Within 4 minutes, combine the pieces and
wait 24 hours to harden (approximately 75% of the final
hardness will be achieve after 2 hours at room temperature).
Properties:
Temperature-resistant: -55°C to+120°C
Open time: approximately 5 minutes
Mechanical processing: After approximately 30 minutes
Final hardness: After 24 hours
Processing temperature: from +10°C to +30°C
Weather-resistant, good media resistance
Storage temperature +6°C to maximum +28°C
