HUPalu:

Properties:
HUPalu pure aluminum spray 99.5%, heat resistant up to
900°C, anti-corrosive and high-temperature-resistant,
scratch-, brushing and abrasion resistant, weather resistant.

Application
HUPmark:
The area to by sprayed must be dry, clean and grease-free.
Bring the can up to room temperature. Before use and after
each pause in spraying, shake well until the mixing ball
moves freely. After use, spray out upside down.
Properties:
Marking spray for industrial, craft, construction and mining
etc. For fast, clean and permanent marking of: Cement,
wood, masonry, metal, asphalt, soil, plaster, glass, ceramics
etc. For labelling and marking of: Pavements and roads,
construction measures, breakthroughs, pipe and cable
ducts, free from heavy metals, lead and cadmium, dries
quickly and is friction and waterproof.

HUPzincDark:
For rectification of hot-dip galvanized parts, subsequent
protection after welding, to repair damaged surfaces,
corrosion protection by galvanic effect, protective coating
for pipes and metals, primer for subsequent coats. Forms a
durable protective layer with water-insoluble Zinc oxide, iron
(steel) and thus protects also defective places.
Properties:
HUPzinc is a mixture of high-purity zinc and aluminum
powder, heat resistant, weather-resistant and quick-drying.

How to use
HUPzinkKorro:
Shake the container well until the mixing ball is clearly
audible and the contents are well mixed. Clean the surface
to be treated with the wire brush, or even better sand blast
it. The surface must be grease-free and clean. The best
processing temperature is from 16-32 °C. For optimum
results apply the spray from a distance of 25-30 cm with
short motions. For commercial use only. Carry out preliminary
tests for effectiveness and material compatibility.
Properties:
The employed zinc and zinc compounds contain more than
99% pure zinc, cross-cut adhesion tested in accordance
with DIN EN ISO 2409, heat-resistant up to 500 °C, mandrel
bend tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1519, salt spray
tested in accordance with DIN 50021, subsequent protection
after welding work for repairing damaged surfaces, protective
coating for pipelines and metals, forms a permanent
protective coating with water-insoluble zinc oxide on iron
(steel) and thus also protects faulty points.
