Terms and Conditions for the Giveaway
By ticking the checkbox “I hereby accept the Terms and Conditions,” the participant agrees to the following terms.

2. Prize Draw Period
The prize draw will run throughout the entire duration of the 2026 FIFA World Cup in North America. Participation is possible from the opening match until the final matchday of the tournament. The prize winners will be selected in a single draw after the tournament has ended.
3. Eligibility
Participation is exclusively open to business participants (B2B) established in Europe who act on behalf of a company and are at least 18 years of age. Private individuals are excluded from participation.
Providing the company name and full company address is mandatory for participation.
The following persons are excluded from participation:
Employees of HAUPA GmbH
Their immediate family members
Persons involved in the organization or administration of the prize draw
Participation is free of charge and is not contingent upon the purchase of any products or services.
4. Participation Process
Participation takes place via a landing page accessible through a QR code.
To participate validly, the following steps must be completed:
Access the landing page via the QR code
Enter the required personal data (name, business email address, company name, and full company address)
Tick the checkbox confirming acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
Tick the checkbox confirming acceptance of the Privacy Notice
Optionally subscribe to the free newsletter. Newsletter subscription is not required for participation.
5. Selection of Winners
The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the conclusion of the 2026 World Cup. Winners will be notified by email.
Prior to prize distribution, the company address provided will be verified against the submitted information to confirm eligibility. The prize will be shipped to the verified company address.
Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of prizes is excluded.
The organizer accepts no liability for material defects or legal defects relating to the prizes.
6. Prizes
The prizes offered as part of the prize draw will be displayed on the prize draw landing page. The prize categories and prize details described there shall apply.
7. Data Subject Rights (GDPR)
Participants have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)

8. Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants where there is reasonable suspicion of manipulation, fraud, or abuse of the prize draw.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

For the purpose of participating in our prize draw, we collect and process personal data such as name, business email address, company name, and company address. This information is required to administer the prize draw. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Your data will be used exclusively for participation in and administration of the prize draw and will be deleted following the conclusion of the prize draw (see below). Participation takes place via a QR code and a landing page provided by our service provider, QR Planet GmbH. The protection of your data is ensured through a data processing agreement with our service provider, including appropriate technical and organizational measures.
Address Verification
Prior to prize distribution, the company address provided will be compared with the submitted information to verify eligibility. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Newsletter Subscription / Marketing Communications
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, you grant us permission to send you our newsletter regularly by email and to provide you with marketing communications by post.
The legal basis for such communications is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
To communicate with our customers more effectively and to measure the success of our campaigns, we use tracking technologies to analyze whether our newsletters have been opened and which links have been clicked, including the frequency of such interactions. Your consent includes this newsletter tracking.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter or by contacting us via email or post using the contact details provided above. This generally also applies to postal marketing communications. If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, we will also cease sending postal marketing communications unless you expressly request otherwise.
As a rule, your data will not be shared with third parties. However, we use a service provider for newsletter distribution and tracking services, namely Positive Group Deutschland GmbH ("Rapidmail"). This provider acts as a data processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR. The protection of your data is ensured through a data processing agreement that includes appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
Deletion of Your Data
Your personal data will be deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and stored, provided that no statutory retention obligations apply.
Data provided in connection with the prize draw will be deleted three months after the prize draw has ended.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your data will remain stored until you withdraw your consent. Upon withdrawal of consent, your data will be deleted.

Subject to the conditions set out in Articles 15–21 GDPR, you may exercise the following rights in relation to your personal data processed by us:
