Cable strippers
Information for strippers
Stripping removes the outer sleeve of a installation cable.
For cables that have already been installed in installation sockets and
are thus difficult to access, you use a round stripper.
When stripping, open the stripper and place it on the cable in such a
way as to ensure that the round blade is position at the point of the
sleeve you wish to remove.
Turn the stripper a quarter turn to the left and to the right, bend the
cable a little, and open up the stripper.
Place the tool closer to the end of the cable, close again, and stripper
the sleeve away easily.
There is a variety of strippers available for the various types of cable.
Important:
Important, when stripping the insulation of inner wires may
not be damaged.
